Katherine qualified as a registered nurse at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital in London in 1992 and has since worked in a variety of nursing roles ranging from general medicine and surgery to oncology and haematology units.

In 2006 she continued her nursing career after relocating to Western Australia and trained as a fertility nurse in Perth in 2015. Katherine is trained in scanning and Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) procedures and joined the “fabulous team” at Salisbury Fertility Centre having returned to the UK in 2019.

Katherine’s role within the centre is to plan and co-ordinate patient’s treatment cycles, while liaising with the rest of the team.

I enjoy guiding our patients through the complex and emotional experience of fertility treatment and helping to make this feel as smooth and supported a process as possible.  I love the small but excellent team of nurses, consultants, embryologists and administrators who work very hard together to provide the best care we can.
