Paul Wylie

BA (Hons) History

Business Manager

Graduating with first class honours in History from Brunel University in 2008, Paul began working at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust in 2009 as a Business/Administration Assistant in the Wessex Regional Genetics Laboratory.

Moving to a similar role at the Fertility Centre in 2013, Paul became the Business Manager in 2014. Paul has supported the management of multiple departments within the Trust and works closely with the management team at Salisbury District Hospital to ensure the daily smooth running of the centre.

Primarily responsible for managing the centre’s budget and the operational and financial requirements of the service, Paul is also the lead for acquiring NHS funding and manages NHS contracts with the local Integrated Care Boards (ICBs).

“I came in to a business and operational management role in health care because I am driven by helping people. It is an innate desire for people to want to have a child and there are few greater ways to help people than to play a small part in helping them to achieve this desire. I recognise that treatment won’t be successful for everyone but I wish to help and support our patients in any way that I can and our team shares this drive. I am very proud to be a part of the experienced, friendly and caring team we have at Salisbury Fertility Centre.”
